These Terms of Service govern your use of broomcrew.com and the services provided by Broom Crew, which is operated by BMS Worldwide LLC ("Broom Crew," "we," "us," or "our"). By booking a service or using our website, you agree to these terms.

SERVICES AND BOOKINGS

Broom Crew provides residential and commercial cleaning services in the Chicago area. All quotes are estimates. The final price may be more or less than quoted depending on how long the cleaning takes and the condition of the home. Payment is due as described at the time of booking.

CANCELLATIONS AND SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. If the service you receive does not match our promised scope of work and we are unable to resolve it promptly, we will provide a refund as described in our satisfaction guarantee.

SMS / TEXT MESSAGING TERMS

Program name: Broom Crew Notifications.

Program description: By checking the text message consent box(es) on our booking form, you agree to receive text messages from Broom Crew (BMS Worldwide LLC) at the mobile number you provide. Appointment messages include booking confirmations, reminders, scheduling and arrival updates, and customer service. If you separately opt in to promotional messages, you may also receive occasional offers and discounts. Appointment and promotional messages require separate consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. You will receive one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Broom Crew is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services.
